A really close look a few weeks ago we Did some things from linebacker Standpoint they think will make a huge Difference today I'm going to go through Some techniques of being able to deliver To blow and get by a lineman and be able To have the ability and these are basic Stuff in order to be able to either Engage get by or be able to just run Right past them so from a linebacker Standpoint it's critical that you Understand basic techniques of Engagement in order to be able to do That so a lot of hand fighting drills Okay boxing type drills are very very Beneficial and you could use arm pads or Anything like that to be able to do it To be able to use your hands okay and The breaking points that you want to be Able to make sure you're working at are Obviously the wrist is a part a point That you can can break any kind of Blocker a defender their elbow okay and Then one of the things that you want to Be able to do when you're getting by an Offensive player is feel again skinny so Those are some critical things from the Get-go in order to be able to play the Linebacker position and to be will be Able to be combative
