So I think the hard part is you're Toughest talking guy in the room when You're assistant coach and you're like This kid I'm going to kick this kid off Because he's he's cancerous he he Doesn't help the team's he's not a good Football player but then when you're Sitting in that chair and it's One-on-one with an 18 to 21 year old Young man who just doesn't know how to Express himself or or or doesn't do Things the right way but you're like Look I can still help this kid yeah man And when your assistant coach it's like Yeah get rid of them don't worry about It right and now it's like I'm looking Across manto man with this kid and this Kid's you know maybe tears streaming Down his face and it's like yeah you Know like you're not doing the right Things you know that's the hard part you Know is holding that Accountability um you know and and being Able to sometimes having to be the bad Guy a little bit and say hey look this Is this not working out um that that's The hardest part that
