1 min readView and for our final dinner we went to A steak house ranked as one of the best Steak houses in the world all the steaks Are cooked in a custom oven imported From Spain giving the steaks an Incredible sear we ordered the meat Locker which comes with three different Cuts of steak sourced from local farms In New Zealand you then choose your own Steak knife for the feasting to begin I Started off with a sirloin which has a Nice strip of fat all beef in New Zealand is grass-fed and you get so much More flavor but I was most excited to Try this wagu rum cap I dipped it in This mushroom cream sauce with that Mushroom sauce this was an incredibly Rich and decadent bite but this is my Favorite cut of them all the scotch cut It was perfectly marbled throughout and That that is the key move it makes
