You got to know what the player because You're going to be in that room with Them whether it's one year or four years You know you're going to be in that room With them and and you got to know what You're dealing with every single time And I think that's an that's an Important thing because um shoot the Last thing you want to do is every time A guy makes a play he's coming in and Saying "Hey can I get more money?" I Mean that's the last thing pay me you See a lot of you see a lot of clips now Guy make a play and I guess he's Underpaid and he's talking about pay me Paid me on the field i'm like see that's That that's a doing too much you know What I mean right right right listen It's one of those things right like like Look your actions will allow that for You you want to go and have a year where You have five picks and do whatever Whatever yeah you're going to get like You c the ability to get paid is there And you know I'm kind of right in that Middle of you know old school guy new School
