Liability waiver & release

I understand that the Montclair State University Women's Flag Football Prospect Showcase, Montclair State University, its coaches, players, employees, and Showcase Staff (collectively "Montclair State University"), together with Schuman Enterprises LLC DBA NUC Sports, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, sponsors, and affiliated parties (collectively "NUC Sports"), assume no responsibility or liability, direct or indirect, with respect to my participation in the registered Prospect Showcase on the campus of Montclair State University located in Essex County, New Jersey.

I know that participating in the Montclair State University Women's Flag Football Prospect Showcase is potentially hazardous. I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and in good health. I agree to abide by any decision of an official or any representative, agent, or officer of Montclair State University or NUC Sports relative to my ability to safely participate. I assume all risks associated with participating in the Showcase, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, and conditions of the field.

I hereby release from and waive any claims against Montclair State University, the Montclair State University Women's Flag Football Prospect Showcase Staff, and Schuman Enterprises LLC DBA NUC Sports and all affiliated parties resulting from my participation in the aforementioned Prospect Showcase. I understand that, in exchange for my participation in the Prospect Showcase, and by signing this Waiver, I am giving up the right to bring a claim of any kind against Montclair State University, NUC Sports, and those employees and contractors working the Showcase directly or indirectly for conducting the event.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Montclair State University and Schuman Enterprises LLC DBA NUC Sports, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, coaches, contractors, sponsors, and affiliated parties, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Prospect Showcase.
