Operator First

I'm on the field. I run the events. I edit the tape. The work is done by hand because that's how it gets done right.

Measure Honestly

Hand-timed and laser-timed. If the number isn't real, the athlete can't trust it — and neither can the coach reading it.

Build the Athlete

Speed, strength, and skill in the right order. The 5-week speed program starts with mechanics. Mechanics always win.
