Quote unquote right so like how are you Going to manage the football Department Between all the different things like You saw I don't know if you saw but you Know uh Stanford did something it's the First team to do this GM role in the way That they're doing it where they're Setting it up like the NFL where the GM Is above Everybody and uh including the coaches And he has a he's basically this Basically he's a CEO of football you Know without using that word uh Frank You worked with did you you had uh luck Was there when you were there right he Was like I said I don't think it could Happen to a better guy right oh yeah as Smart as he is and what a great person Andrew Luck is like people ask me all The time like who's your your favorite Quarterback like that guy is special now Granted Donovan McNab is really really Special too right but Andrew Luck was You know got being around that guy it Was it was amazing he he such a good Person such a good football mind such a Good player you know if if he didn't get Hurt I think he was a generational Talent but yeah I think do awesome for Stanford I mean you bring that guy in oh God yeah come on it's amazing for them I'm so happy for him I'm so happy for Stanford um yeah no that's great I'm I'm Excited for him it's it's a very um it's
An interesting move too because that Um that could Alleviate coaches from some of these Type of things that have you know Co I'm Talking about head coaches who are Obviously run the program and you're Asking them to basically be nowadays at The highest level GMS as well as uh head Coaches and um it could alleviate some Of that stuff including some of these Kind of things that you have off the Field right like that that could at Least viate the the head coach from Having to be the bad guy in you know uh Guy plants a flag right and cause a a a A a melee well now the head coach is in A mind right because he has to go and You know this might be a player he loves Uh maybe one of his best players and He's got to figure out some sort of Punishment for that person or some s Something he has to do whereas that will That kind of role within Andrew Luck he He can he can bring them in and and say Hey listen you know we already Established this is one of the standard Things and here here's the quote unquote Punishment for this kind of stuff that's Outside of football right outside of What the coach is is really dealing with
