That's how you're starting to know now That those coaches have had to change Their mindset because people are are are And when I hear guys say oh that doesn't Matter I'm like wait a minute it if the Speed is faster is it gonna go farther I Mean if he's got power with that x Amount of power what you call Force Right you said force and then with x Amount of velocity it's just if you're Increasing his force and you're Increasing his velocity it's going to go Farther it's so funny when say that oh That stuff doesn't matter it doesn't Have an impact in the game well yeah it Doesn't have an impact in the game if You haven't taught him the technique to Hit the ball but if you taught two guys The technique to hit the ball and They're both doing everything correctly And exactly the same the one who has More power and I mean uh more force and More speed is going to win 100% 100% It's uh all this goes back to also the Other thing is like you you said sports Like football basketball soccer uh the Amount of conditioning that you need is Is really if you stop and think about it Is it's kind of astronomical and it's Impossible to really get without Actually doing it right when have you Ever been like in really great great Shape and you go out and play a game of Pickup basketball and you're you're 30
Seconds in you're Like 30 seconds into this thing I'm like Dude I just ran 20 bleachers the other Day how am I dying on a on a on a Because it's a stop and stop start and Stop and a jump and land and pass the Ball and the focus and all this stuff You can't train that you know like Unless you do it you know football is The same thing unless unless you're you Know you're going head-to-head with a Guy and trying to get the guy off you And this and that like there's no Simulating that I can't I can't do Enough gasters that are gonna simulate That right especially that's what I Used yeah that relates like coach I Remember it always being like right like You would like here in Jersey you would Play a Thanksgiving Day football game And then the very next day you would Start basketball practice
