You know a lot of coaches are salesman a Lot of coaches oh yeah buddy they They'll go into a school and they'll Recruit and and that's their job and I Get it and we are salesman but you know I just don't feel that's the right for Me you know and I'm fortunate because I'm selling something that I know so Much about you know I spent half of my Life at moner State University literally I started there when was a 17- year old Freshman and that's been part of my life Now I'm 35 so half of my life has been Spent one University um I have two College degrees from there uh so it's Something that I can talk about easily And I think that makes me a better Coach And better recruiter at Monclair
