Adam archeleta had a incredible workout Routine focused on explosion and speed Before anybody else was really doing it In the early 2000s watch this video it's Really awesome seeing the different Things he did other drills involveed Jumping through a ceiling while carrying Weights or lifting weights while his Muscles were being painfully stimulated Or catching weights out of the air or Having weights literally dropped on him Or being dropped himself face first from 6 ft out of the air it was all designed To simulate the collisions needed Counter on a football field they've Dropped you I've been dropped I've had a Couple people lift me up six seven feet In the air and uh and drop me and I'd Have to land in the push-up uh position And uh hopefully you know my face Wouldn't stop it
