Gatlin Bair, just finished his Junior Season at Burley Senior High School in Bruley, Idaho.  Yes, one of the nation’s fastest players is coming out of the great state of Idaho !!!! The 2024 Wide Receiver has recently been awarded a 5 star rating by NUC Sports.  This Big time player will be catching passing passes at the next level but that is for sure not the only thing he will be doing.  The speedster can straight fly, he has speed that is rivaled by only some of the top track athletes in the country.  Those of you thinking that “track” speed does not transition to the football field, you’re WRONG.  Bair is a Gamebreaker with the ability to take a simple five yard hitch route and turn it into a 70 yard touchdown.  

The 6 foot 2’ 190 pound WR is considered by some as a top 10 player in the 2024 class.  The attributes are off the charts.  He can run and when I say run I mean, he has been clocked with some of the best track times across the nation.  Bair runs crisp routes and transitions smoothly in and out of his breaks.  He has tremendous hands and the ability to out jump opponents for jump balls.  His top notch speed allows him not only to be a deep threat but also to run jet sweeps and reverses with great success.  This guy is the complete package !!!  

Bair played as a freshman and has always been a big contributor to his team.  This season alone he caught 73 balls for 1,073 yards !!  That averages out to 14.7 yards a catch while accounting for a total of 20 Touchdowns, 2 coming in the kicking game.  Yes, he is also an excellent return man, which should help him get on the field early where he decides to play his college ball.

As a member of the track team, he recently just won the Texas State Relays, posting a time of 10.28 in the 100 meter dash !!  He has also been clocked at a 20.98 in the 200 meter dash.  Overall, it is pretty cut and dry, as previously stated, this kid can FLY !!!

The top prospect is being courted by some of college football’s biggest programs.  His future looks bright, and it seems likely that he will gain even more recognition and success at the next level. He currently holds offers from some big time schools, Georgia, Florida, Michigan, Nebraska, UCLA, TCU, Texas A&M, Texas, Utah, and Oregon all have formal offers on the table.  It looks like Michigan and Nebraska are the leading two at the moment, but everything is still on the table..

Whatever school lands Bair, is getting possibly the fastest High School prospect in the Nation.  A kid that can step in and make an impact for you from day one.  The ability to change a game with one touch is something every college coach in the country would love to have on their Team !!
