It's a high stress game so this is for The coaches out there uh I've Experienced it myself just our High School coaches they spread themselves Thin and I remember talking to some of Our um baseball softball and even cross Country like hey I read this on ASG this Will make you feel better you're Fatigued right now uh it's because You're not eating enough carbohydrates So long story short I've completely Nerded out I did two undergrads at the University of Wisconsin Stout um I went And got my masters I was matched for a Dietetic internship I did eight years of Food and nutritional training the formal Training and then I did a unpaid Internship at the University of Florida I worked for free I slept on Floors I Have worked my butt off um and earned Absolutely everything but I can't take All the credit God has been good and you Know he shows up and blesses as long as We're willing to bring our ax and work At it but I've just really fell in love With athletes and families and helping Coaches and just anybody who comes Across my desk how can I add value how Can help them solve problems whether That's low iron um gaining muscle Gaining weight that is one of the Biggest problems that I see is just Athletes don't know how to gain weight The right way they're doing Pop-Tarts
And a bunch of nonsense so uh that's a Whole another topic but as you can tell I'm super passionate um but I just I Believe in being a lifelong learner so I Have several accolades but I still don't Know everything and I'm still learning And there's still so much that I'm Excited to learn from my clients from my Athletes from coaches like yourselves It's it's such a difficult process for Families especially since Athletics um Are a part of most people's lives uh Today you know and families are try you Know they're traveling that to sports And they're trying to pack snacks and They're trying to figure out how to um Hydrate properly
