All right so here is some of the UNC Quarterbacks doing some of the train Work and the main thing that you're Going to see here is the emphasis in Development of both the front and rear Deltoids okay the legs and the hips in Order to really and then their balance To be able to keep them stable as a Passer to be able to keep them strong in The shoulder area both the front and Rear shoulders the real deltoids and Develop allaround stability and core Strength which is the key to throw the Ball really really well these exercises Do that they develop the shoulder Develop the core strength they develop The hips and the legs and and also have A recovery effect for the quarterback so They can continue to develop and get Stronger uh and better over the course Of the season so a rehabilitation effect That makes the quarterbacks better
