Sometimes we go back up so 120 180 and 80 100 120 and that's how speed enjy day Wednesdays we have our our Tempo day so We do um usually it's 10 by 100 tempos Going at roughly 60 to 7% focusing on The form and we use the Jews on grass so No shoes um any easy then Thursday we Have another speed day and it's the Longest speed day so we do 50s and 60s And we obviously just focus on the star And get Speed and Fridays is recovery based day So we have pool recovery which we do Like easy um easy pool runs we hop out The pool every run and do like Trail leg Um and a couple exercises for cool then Saturday is more technical work so we do Wickets and we roughly do 30 to 4 40 Minute wickets and then after that we do Like maybe 10 20 M of this Focus block Work and Sundays is my rest of so that's That's basically what I was goinging Between August and December
