They they stack Anor robic work on top Of each other and it looks a lot like Football now if you see the training Videos they're very impressive but what You don't see is the recovery in between Because without that recovery you cannot Go the speeds that mcaffrey is going orl The way he's exploding not on a Consistent basis right like you can't he Wouldn't make it a full game if he had To do that over you know what I mean yes It's just impossible I don't care how Much marathon training you do in the Summer you don't do that and so what he Becomes is super athletic and super fast
