Recrui is tough now I mean it it's tough It doesn't matter you know where you are You know other teams are poaching your Players they're you know guys are are Looking to to transfer into different Places and and things of that nature so It it just makes it a lot tougher but You know it's part of it's part of the Way the world is right Now I I think the um the thing that I Like about what you're doing is you're Setting the standard of what you guys Expect and then the players that come to You know what that standard is I see at The division one level especially Obviously and you probably see it all The time too when you you read these Things and and I'm sure you have a ton Of friends that are coaches at the at Division level um Yukon where I played At like there's a whole thing going on Because MOA Jim Mora who's an excellent Coach great coach made a statement that You know we're going to let our players Play in the you know bowl game even if They're in the transfer portal and um Even if they've already committed Somewhere else in the transfer portal And there's a there's a lot of Controversy in it because everyone feels Like he made that statement because he Had to make that statement but to the Outside I feel like that's just a signal To players to to jump in the transfer P
Because you got nothing to lose right so You could be in a a b potentially a bad Situation by not setting a standard to The public of what you expect and I get It's a catch 22 no there's probably no Right answer you know what I'm saying so I I I understand that but I feel like It's very very tough for coaches because You don't Wna discourage a guy from coming to you But I think what you said is really the Most important thing
