Navigating the NIL World and Transfer Portal
So to get into that a little bit, how Did has the NIO world and the transfer Portal, how has it affected Bloomsburg University, if at all? Um, it has a Little bit. You know, every year has its Own tricks and waves, especially, you Know, looking throughout our conference, But specifically Bloomsburg. Um, I think We do a really good job of retaining Your own guys. Um, for the most part, You know, we have, you know, obviously a Little bit every year trickle in and Out. Um, but really, you know, we do a Good job recruit. Once you recruit a kid To school as a freshman, it's just not Like the recruiting is done. Like, no. Hell no. Hell no. You have to keep on Recruiting year in, year out, day after Day because like it only takes them, you Know, getting ped once, like they're out The door. So you know keep on recruiting The guys you know give them a first Class experience all the
