And I coach guys that I thought were SEC Guys that ended up playing division 2 But I'm not the person who gives out Scholarships nope and so I put the kids In a situation that they would get Evaluated by every single coach in the Country and then the evaluation was what It was and I always tried to to have Those conversations as quickly as Possible my parents could call me at any Time I I didn't make him set up meetings Like I didn't make him go through a lot Of In order to get in t with me and I would Schedule meetings and calls with them And those coaches so they can hear it From their perspective I tried to give Them more than enough information so They could understand where the kid was At sometimes there was just some Weaknesses that needed to be fixed in Their game and maybe we can address Those through trainers maybe through a Positional switch through a whatever Maybe they couldn't be addressed maybe You are you know kind of what you are But I just thought that the over Community Um like one of the things we did is I Made every one of my position coaches Call every parent of the kids in their Position groups once a month at least And those lines of communications Stopped a lot of issues it stopped a lot

Of complaints and it it helped solve Problems
