Coconut water element uh Drip Drop Really there is a difference though uh Dave and Derek about like if you're an Athlete and every athlete sweats at a Different rate um in different Conditions obviously I'm in Texas yeah So if you're in Texas there's different Conditions so if you're a heavier Sweater you're going to need more sodium More magnesium more potassium and Phosphorus because you're losing that at A higher rate than others and some Athletes just sweat more some of the Athletes at Florida I was blown away These guys were raing you know 10 pounds Yeah 10 pounds in a session or a Practice outside um so you it really Does depend um but I would say for the Most the most part if you're able to do The tart cherry juice um and even make Your own at home which you could easily Do like I said with coconut water and Then adding your own electrolytes using The the cherry juice much better choice Uh better ingredients and then it also Offers again that ratio that an athlete Actually needs
