LaDamion Guyton, a sophomore at Savannah Christian Prep High School in Savannah, Georgia has recently been labeled a five-star Edge player from NUC Sports.  He is now being mentioned with some of the top college football prospects in the 2027 class!

Guyton is an extremely versatile player that can line up and play any LB/ EDGE position.  The modern day EDGE position is a hybrid between Defensive End and Outside Linebacker.  LaDamion has an excellent first step, his explosiveness off the line which brings both speed and power constantly creating excellent knock back.  The 2027 prospect plays with a ridiculous motor chasing from sideline to sideline and finishing plays with a division 1 level of physicality.  LaDamion has the quick twitch muscles of a defensive back even though he’s 6’3” 210 pounds and uses his athleticism to win his one on one matchups making play after play.

LaDamion has been involved in athletics since he was a young child, and attributes much of his success to the hard work and dedication he put in while growing up. Once he entered High School he started seriously training and began to see more and more gains.  Guyton has always taken pride in being a major contributor to his team, but his work ethic and natural athletic ability are something that continues to develop as he matures.  The team and even coaches have grown accustomed to him making that Big Play when needed!

Ladamion, at 6’3” 210 lbs is a natural athlete, his ability to move with power and explosiveness!  Additionally, his football IQ and understanding of the game allows him to play faster than others.  His general understanding of angles and schematic knowledge of the sport itself are top-notch.  Each of these attributes have helped him earn his five-star rating from NUC Sports.

The 2027 prospect is now being recruited by some of the top college football programs in the country.  His future looks bright, and it seems likely that he will gain even more recognition and success in the future.  Schools such as Florida, Miami, Georgia, USC, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Oregon, LSU, and Florida State all have formal offers on the table.

Off the field, Guyton is a leader both in the locker room and in the community. He mentors younger students and is a role model for aspiring football players.  He and his teammates are also involved in a number of community outreach programs, and work hard to ensure a bright future for the communities he serves!
