If anything it's going to help you so I'm never against doing an added Multivitamin I just know for a lot of People right it's expensive extra Supplements right I'd rather us let's do Real food um but as far as a Multivitamin of course third party Tested One A Day Men's or women's that's Always one that we gave out to the University of Florida athletes um Keeping in mind that there are certain Nutrients that student athletes are more At risk for being deficient in it would Be calcium vitamin D magnesium zinc uh a Lot of football players specifically That we've worked with I always have Them do magnesium which also helps with Muscle cramping muscle relaxation uh yep Zinc for your immune system right that That would be a good cocktail to have if You will so it'd be you know magnesium Zinc vitamin D those are critical and Then possibly even an iron supplement
